  • Sales and project data: Opportunities, projects, sales records, record stages, statuses, descriptions, project summaries, job addresses, start and end dates, folder codes, and sales record codes.
  • Quote and estimate data: Quote details, scope breakdowns, milestones, labor and material costs, not-included items, quote responses (accept, decline, modify, request new), expiration dates, and client comments.
  • Agreement and signature data: Service agreement terms, digital signatures, agreement history, and related metadata.
  • Financial data: Amounts, deposits, payments, invoices, billable amounts, labor costs, material costs, and cash flow information.
  • Calendar and scheduling data: Appointments, schedule entries, project assignments, and employee calendar information.
  • Files and documents: Uploaded documents, photos, videos, design images, and other files you attach to projects, quotes, or work orders.

  • Third-party integrations: When you connect Google (Gmail, Drive), we process email content and metadata, Drive file information, and related account data as needed to provide the integration.

  • Provide, operate and support the core functionality of the platform: sales records, opportunities, projects, contacts, quotes, scope and milestones, work orders, agreements, payments, calendar, and reporting.
  • Store and manage your business records, including customer contacts, project details, quote and estimate data, scope breakdowns, agreement terms, payment transactions, and related documents.
  • Enable Gmail integration so you can read, compose, send, and organize emails within the platform, linked to contacts and projects.
  • Enable Google Drive integration so you can save quotes, work orders, and documents to Drive and manage files by client or project.
  • Generate and deliver quotes, agreements, and related documents to your clients, including PDF generation and client response tracking.
  • Authenticate users, manage roles and permissions, and maintain multi-tenant data isolation.
  • Send service related communications, such as account notices, security alerts, and system updates.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and address technical issues.
  • Monitor and improve the performance, reliability and security of the platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
  • Generate aggregated or anonymized statistics to help us understand and improve how the Services are used.
